Hosting Parties
UPDATE: As of August 21st, party reservations have concluded for 2026. Members who have not already registered their parties by this date may not host groups at the Club this season. In late summer, when most of our lifeguards have left for college, work, or other commitments, it’s not possible to staff our pools sufficiently for welcoming groups while maintaining a safe lifeguard-to-attendee ratio. Know a certified lifeguard who’d like to work at Woodland Hills in August or September? Please contact us!
As a member-owned club, one of our greatest joys is sharing special moments here with family, friends, and neighbors.
Whether you’re commemorating a birthday, graduation, team win, or family reunion, or you’re just spending quality time together, we’re proud to help you make lasting memories at Woodland Hills. Our goal is simple: We want to give our members plenty of chances to gather, celebrate, and enjoy everything that Woodland Hills Club has to offer.
To help ensure a positive experience for your party guests and fellow members as well as our staff, we ask that you adhere to the following policy.
Registering a Party
First, check the Club Calendar.
Request to host a 2027 party on a date which is at least one week after your form-submission date; that way, we’ll have time to staff our Club properly for safety.
Parties may take place in any three-hour window during Open Swim, concluding by 7:00pm.
Purchase a Guest Pass for each non-member attending (at $10 per guest).
Review and submit the Party Packet we’ll provide.
Reserving a Space
Members may reserve either the Gazebo or up to four adjacent tables in the Pavilion.
Only one of these spaces may be reserved at a time.
No space may be reserved for a time when we’re hosting a swim meet or another Club event.
Other members are still permitted to use the Club’s other spaces during your party, as reservations do not grant exclusive use of Woodland Hills Club facilities.
Members are permitted to put up non-permanent decorations within the space reserved.
“Since 1975, we’ve celebrated my dad’s birthday at Woodland Hills! It’s a tradition we treasure, and a highlight of every summer.”
“After all these years, I think our favorite place to be together is STILL Woodland Hills.”
