Every time you arrive at the gatehouse, you’ll be greeted warmly and asked to scan your membership/caregiver badge, or to give your name or badge number. Your photo will then display on our screen so that we can verify your identity and invite you in.

If you’ve brought a non-member along, you’ll redeem or purchase a Guest Pass at this point, and then we’ll invite your guest in as well.

• Adult Swims during Open Swim: Every hour, on the hour - at the discretion of the manager on duty - we hold a 15-minute Adult Swim in the main pool.

• Ball Times during Open Swim: Every day at 1:15pm and 4:15pm - at the discretion of the manager on duty - we hold a 45-minute Ball Time, when soft, Club-provided sports balls are permitted in the main pool.

• Unscheduled Closures: The safety of our members, guests, and employees is our top priority. In accordance with Red Cross safety guidance, the manager on duty will close the pools in cases of inclement weather, nearby lightning, or otherwise dangerous circumstances. Any time we hear thunder, the pools close for a 30-minute lightning-watch countdown; that countdown restarts every time thunder is heard again.

• Holiday Hours: On holidays, our hours may be different from the Regular Hours listed above. Please check our News page for updates.

• School Hours: During the first and last few weeks of each season, when many of our lifeguards are at school, our hours may be different from the Regular Hours listed above. Please check our News page for updates.

• Closures for Swim Meets: On the four or five Tuesday or Thursday evenings per summer when we host swim meets, both pools close at 4pm so that our lifeguards and other staff members can prepare the facilities, give swimmers some warm-up time, and focus on keeping all competitors safe in the water.
