Back in the 1900s, we had a printed directory listing each member household and their contact information. (At that time, it was just each household’s mailing address plus one phone number for the whole family!) Recently, members have expressed interest in our bringing back that book.
We hear you! We’d be glad to help folks connect with each other if they choose to, so we've created an opt-in, online Membership Directory. All that’s required to participate is sharing your first and last names and your email address. You’re welcome to share more about yourself, though, if you’d like!
Access to the Membership Directory is restricted to members who opt in by submitting our form. If you’d rather not participate, no problem! Unless you submit the form, none of your contact information will appear in the directory - not even your name.
After processing the form submissions, we’ll send each participating member an email message containing a link to a spreadsheet. That spreadsheet is the directory. (It’s not fancy but it’s functional!) By clicking their link, each participating member will gain view-only access to the directory. Your link will only work when you're logged in to the email account associated with the address you’ve entered on our Membership Directory opt-in form.
Change your mind and opt out, or edit your contact information, at any time. Just use the “Edit response” link in the confirmation email message that you’ll receive from “forms-receipts-noreply@google.com” when you submit your opt-in form.
